Automatic plastic strapping is designed to be used in arch type strapping machines. 1/4" automatic strapping is for lighter use commonly for binding mail trays. This type of strap is produced from a higher grade plastic and it is straighter than other grades of strap. This plastic strapping must be soft to fit between the wheels and rollers of a strapping machine.
